SHIPPING :

1) Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders in India. COD is available for orders upto Rs 2,500 only. There is a charge of ₹ 250 for all cash on delivery orders. You can also opt for Partial Payment option on orders above ₹ 2,500.  

2) Orders placed will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We will keep you notified in case of a logistical delay. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated email and whatsapp regarding your order confirmation. Kindly note, please do not reply on that message as it is an automated message. 3) All prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

4) An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

5) We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are any failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

7) Colour of the actual product may vary slightly from the image displayed. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website snehab.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE :

1) Items purchased from SNEHA B are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery. Any exchange request received after 7 days of receiving the product will not be entertained. Please whatsapp us on +91 9892966518 or write to us on contact.snehab@gmail.com mentioning the order no. and reason for the exchange and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

2) Styles purchased under discounts/sale products are not eligible for returns/exchange. However, in case of any size issue, we can exchange it for a different size (on the basis of the availability of the product). 

3) Only store credits are issued in case of refunds. (Due to high costs of reverse shipping, re-cleaning and restocking of a product.) Kindly note, store credit is issued on the final mrp of the product. Cash on Delivery charges or Shipping Charges are not included in the store credit.

4) The product must be in good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.

5) The product must be returned in its original packaging with all original accessories, tags, and documentation.

6) You are required to take a photo or video of the product, its packaging, and the courier pickup process, clearly showing the product's condition and packaging. This will serve as proof of the product's condition during return.

7) The returned product must match the original order, with all original items included.

8) Once we receive the returned product, we will conduct a quality check to verify its condition and ensure it matches the original order. If the product is found to be missing items or has been tampered with, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.

9) Upon successful verification, we will process the exchange for the same product or a different product of equal value or higher value. In case of any balance payment payable for the exchanged piece (if a different style is selected), the balance amount cannot be given as a cash on delivery. It must be paid through UPI that will be provided by the customer representative. 

10) We do not consider a colour/texture and weave irregularity a defect. It is considered natural when handloom fabrics are used. Custom made pieces are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

11) Shipping costs for sending the order piece to our office will be borne by the client. The order piece to be exchanged/returned needs to be couriered to our office address provided by our customer care representative. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping. After receiving the item, the new exchanged piece will be dispatched from our end or in case of return, a store credit voucher code will be provided within 24-48 hours.

12) In case you'd like to exchange and choose a different product, you can return the purchased products for store credits and use these credits to make a new purchase.

13) When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of a Store Credit or Gift Voucher, which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year.

14) For COD orders, refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value. Store credits can be applied during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please whatsapp on 09892966518

15) Please note, cash on delivery fee applicable on orders are not refundable and would not reflect in the issued store credits.

16) Store credits are not applicable on sale/discounted products and cannot be clubbed with other discount codes or if the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered or if the product is custom made.
