DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We recommend that all our customers register with us, to get the best service and offers available. To create an account, simply click on 'ACCOUNT', enter your email id and password, and then 'SIGN IN' to register with us.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?

As an authorized online website, we assure you that all the products featured on www.snehab.com, every item is 100% authentic.

ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

We strive to try and display the colours of the product as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colours of the product will match the colours viewed on your electronic device as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

ARE SNEHA B PRODUCTS ORGANIC AND ETHICAL?

SNEHA B believes in creating sustainable and breathable clothing. All styles made at SNEHA B are handmade with organic cotton fabrics and through ethical trade practices.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email contact.snehab@gmail.com to find out if that order can be made.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SNEHA B ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro credit and debit cards, Net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please note, Cash on Delivery is applicable on all orders upto Rs 2,500 only. You can opt for Partial Payment option on orders above ₹ 2,500.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT SNEHA B?

SNEHA B accepts credit card payments through a secure online server, as we realize the importance of the security of your details.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

You will be charged immediately after your order is placed successfully. You will receive an email from our end confirming that your order is placed.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER UPON DELIVERY?

We require proof of delivery for all orders to ensure that the order has been received and accepted at the mentioned shipping address. This means that we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order is placed. You need to place a new order for the item.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation and an automated whatsapp message stating that your order has been placed successfully. Kindly note, please do not reply on that message as it is an automated message. In case of any query, you can whatsapp on +91 9892966518.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, no cancellations will be accepted. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We are happy to return or exchange the style or size for you. Please note, in case of return, we issue only store credit which is valid for one entire year. MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED. WHAT TO DO?

If you have received an incorrect order, wrong size or damaged product, please send us an email at contact.snehab@gmail.com with a photograph of the product. We will return it to you with the correct product or size.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES DO I NEED TO PAY?

All product prices for customers in India are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For customers overseas, all product prices (on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis) displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in, for which payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SNEHA B to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your packaging is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will be disclosed to anyone. To register at SNEHA B, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
